Sony Launching Condensed Bluetooth Earpiece
Sony’s motion controller, PlayStation Move, doesn’t have a built-in microphone – let alone voice recognition a la Kinect – so how are PS3 fanatics expected to communicate with comrades when playing Socom 4, Metal Gear Solid, or Call of Duty: Black Ops? PlayStation users, for the last four years, have been stuck with a oversized, uncomfortable Bluetooth earpiece that had more downsides than advantages. Poor noise cancellation, limited capability with mobile devices, and inadequate gaming features plagued the initial iteration of the headset. This revision features not only a sleeker look and a lesser burden, but fixes many of the setbacks of its predecessor.
